XSTO Wins Japan's G-Mark Award—Sweeping the Global Design Oscars

On October 15, the XSTO M4 Self Balancing Wheelchair was honored with the 2025 Japan G-Mark Design Award (Good Design Award) for its innovative concept, which integrates a 'self-balancing aid' designed to withstand uneven surfaces. The award jury's assessment concluded that "it represents a highly refined form of mobility that combines independent movement with an expanded range of motion." This achievement marks XSTO Mobility Robot M4's completion of the “Grand Slam” in global industrial design, having previously secured the German Red Dot Award and iF Design Award.

Japan's G-Mark Design Award, hailed as the “Oscars of Eastern Design,” emphasizes product innovation, user experience, and social value. Together with the Red Dot Award, iF Design Award, and IDEA Award, it forms the world's four major industrial design accolades.
