The following websites have been confirmed as unauthorized and are in direct violation of XSTO's brand policy. We will pursue legal action against them.

❌ trendifysale.com (specifically the "XSTO All-Terrain" product listings)

Pay Attention: These websites often use "XSTO" in their domain name to appear legitimate. They are currently misappropriating materials for the XSTO X12 Mobility Robot and associated products.

How to Identify Official XSTO Channels

To ensure you are purchasing a genuine XSTO product with full warranty support, only engage with Our Official Website:

Authorized Distributors: Any legitimate partner will possess an Official Letter of Authorization signed by XSTO.

I. Scope of Intellectual Property Protection

XSTO holds exclusive rights to all of its intellectual property, which includes but is not limited to:

1. Registered Trademarks and Brand Names: Including “XSTO” and any of its Chinese or English names, graphic logos, company names, and product line names.

2. Products and Technology: Including all XSTO products, solutions, patented technologies, trade secrets, etc.

3. Promotional Materials: Including product images, videos, specifications, technical documentation, brochures, presentations, etc.

4. Domain Names and Digital Assets: Including domain names (such as those incorporating “XSTO” or its variations) and official social media accounts related to the XSTO brand, products, or technology.

II. Prohibition of Unauthorized Use

Any unauthorized entity or individual is strictly prohibited from using the aforementioned intellectual property for promotion, sales, registration, imitation, or other commercial activities in any form without the express written permission of XSTO. This includes, but is not limited to:

● Using XSTO's trademarks, brand names, product images/videos, or promotional materials on online platforms such as websites, webpages, e-commerce platforms, social media, or blogs.

● Registering, cybersquatting or using domain names or usernames that incorporate “XSTO” or its variations for commercial promotion.

● Using XSTO's intellectual property in printed materials, advertisements, product packaging, exhibition materials, etc.

● Implying or claiming a partnership, agency, distribution, or authorized relationship with XSTO.

XSTO reserves the right to take any and all legal action (including, but not limited to, lawsuits, seeking damages, and filing complaints for content removal with platforms) against all infringing activities.

III. Official Authorization and Support

XSTO is always welcoming and committed to establishing long-term, lawful partnerships with qualified National/Regional Representatives, Official Distributors, or Partners.

If you are an existing or prospective Official National/Regional Representative and require the use of XSTO's trademarks, brand, and official materials for promotion:

1. You must formally contact XSTO and secure a signed authorization agreement in advance.

2. XSTO will provide you with an Official Letter of Authorization, the latest product materials (images, videos, technical data), and will review and support your promotional content to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
